Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the KingdomKids platform (the “Service”), published by KingdomKids (the “Publisher”). Subscribing to a plan means you accept these Terms in full.

1. Purpose of the Service

KingdomKids is a Christian edutainment platform for families. It offers videos, films, audio, games, prayers, quizzes and parental tools, available through a subscriber account.

2. Access and account

• Access to the premium catalogue requires an account (email and password) and an active subscription.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for how your household uses the account.
• Several child profiles may be created on the same family account, within the limits of the Service.
• The Publisher may suspend an account in case of fraud, unauthorised sharing, or non-payment.

3. Plans and prices

KingdomKids offers fixed-term subscriptions (including quarterly, six-month and annual plans). Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF) including tax on the Plans page, before payment is confirmed.

The Publisher may change prices for future renewals. The price paid for a period already purchased remains valid until that period ends.

4. Order and payment

• Payment is made online through Maketou (Mobile Money and other methods depending on the country).
• The order is confirmed once Maketou confirms payment.
• Premium access is activated as soon as payment is validated, for the duration of the chosen plan.
• If payment fails or is cancelled, no premium access is granted.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription is valid for the duration shown at purchase (e.g. 90, 180 or 365 days).
• Unless stated otherwise, the subscription does not renew automatically: a new purchase is needed to extend access.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. No refund is due for the remaining period, except as provided in the refund policy.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The Service is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Withdrawal and refund rules are set out in the refund policy. In short: a request may be reviewed within 14 days if no premium content has been used in a significant way.

7. Content licence

• Content (videos, audio, images, texts, quizzes, software) remains the property of the Publisher or its rights holders.
• The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, limited to private family or educational use.
• The following are forbidden: redistribution, resale, bulk extraction, public account sharing, downloading outside provided features, or any unauthorised commercial use.

8. Availability and changes

The Publisher aims to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing zero interruptions (maintenance, network, third-party providers). The catalogue may change: content may be added, updated or removed.

9. Liability

KingdomKids is an educational and spiritual companion. It does not replace parental authority, church teaching, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for the relevant period.
